ALLYN C. FORD CEO & PRESIDENT

Allyn Ford has held the position of president and CEO of Roseburg Forest Products since 1997, when he took over leadership of the company from his father and company founder, Kenneth Ford. Ford began his career with RFP in 1968, holding responsibilities in a number of functions, including forest resources, construction, manufacturing and labor relations.

MARTY DALEY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Marty Daley has been chief financial officer for Roseburg since 2009. Daley graduated from Boise State University with a BBA degree in accounting. He began his career with the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in Eugene, OR, and obtained his Oregon CPA license in 1994.

Daley joined Monaco Coach Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of recreational vehicles in late 1994. He became Monaco’s VP-finance and chief financial officer in 2000 and held that position until Monaco was acquired by Navistar International Corporation in June 2009, when he became VP-controller for the RV division. He joined Roseburg Forest Products Co. in November 2009.

SCOTT FOLK VICE PRESIDENT – RESOURCES

Scott Folk joined Roseburg in 2009. He graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1980 with a diploma in forest technology, and from Lakehead University in 1985, with an honors Bachelor of Science in forest management. Folk also pursued an executive MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.

Folk has extensive experience in forest management, timberland acquisitions, logging, wood procurement and wood products manufacturing. He has previously worked at Canfor Corporation, James River Timber Corp., TimberWest and Pacific BioEnergy Corporation.

GRADY MULBERY VICE PRESIDENT - MANUFACTURING

Grady Mulbery joined Roseburg as vice president of composites manufacturing in 2011. In October 2012, he was named vice president - manufacturing. Grady oversees all manufacturing facilities throughout the company, including composites, lumber, engineered wood, plywood and veneer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in wood science and technology from Colorado State University.

Mulbery began his career as a plant manager for Willamette Industries at their Eugene MDF facility in 1999. He then held various management positions at Weyerhaeuser Company from 2002-2007. Most recently, Mulbery served as director of operations at SierraPine before coming to Roseburg.

Mulbery is a long-standing member of the Composite Panel Association, where he currently serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

BILL RANDLES VICE PRESIDENT – ENGINEERING

Bill Randles joined Roseburg 1998. A graduate of Washington State University in 1971, he has extensive experience in the engineering of lumber, plywood and LVL facilities.

Randles has previously worked at Boise Cascade, Stokely Van Camp and Brazier Forest Products. He was also part owner of H&R Mechanical System which specializes in the design and installation of industrial sheet metal systems.

Steve KillGore Vice President - Sales and Marketing

Steve Killgore joined Roseburg as vice president of sales and marketing in the fall of 2011. While Killgore’s primary background is in sales and marketing, he operated his own companies, serving as president of both McKenzie Forest Products and Cascade Structural Laminators from 2002 to 2011. Prior to 2002, Killgore was general sales manager of Willamette Industries and Bohemia, spanning 22 years. This experience gained him broad familiarity in the North American market. That time frame also afforded him exposure to several global markets, including the Pacific Rim, Europe, and North Africa.

Killgore has served on the Board of Trustees for APA and WWPA, as well as several industry, civic and educational organizations. He has a degree in management from Linfield College, as well as post-graduate work at The Darden School of Business in Virginia and The Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania.

Kellye Wise Vice President - Human Resources AND LABOR RELATIONS

Kellye Wise joined Roseburg Forest Products in October 2012 as vice president of human resources and labor relations. He began working with wood products companies in 1983, spending 24 years with TOC Management Services as a labor and employment attorney. During that time, Kellye provided assistance to RFP in management training, labor relations and employment issues. Just prior to joining RFP, Kellye worked for HR Answers, Inc. He has assisted both public and private sector Pacific Northwest employers with labor negotiations and relations, human resources issues, management training, executive coaching and legal compliance. He has spoken extensively to employers up and down the West Coast on a broad range of leadership and management topics.

Kellye was formerly an adjunct professor at Portland State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Oregon.
