TPC-1 third party certification confirms all composite panels produced by Roseburg meet CPA 3-08 EPP and the emission requirements for (CARB) Phase 1 and are in full compliance with the Phase 1 Formaldehyde Emission Limits established by California’s new Air Toxic Control Measure. All products are third party certified through the Composite Panel Association (TPC-1).
