Our Enhanced Service Program (ESP) is a specialized program developed for our valued distribution partners and OEM customers to provide a higher level of service to customers. It offers accelerated service from our plants in Dillard OR, and Missoula MT on sizes, cores and designs most commonly purchased in the west. GREEN ALTERNATIVE CORES

  • SkyBlend Particleboard is an ECC certified core that is produced using 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber. It is produced with an ultra-low-emitting formaldehyde (ULEF) resin system and can contribute to achieving low emitting materials credit in support of both the LEED v2009 and LEED v4 standards. SkyBlend is available Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified when specified. SkyBlend is listed in the USDA’s BioPreferred catalog and has Federal Procurement Preference status and can contribute to achieving LEED credits.
  • Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an ECC certified core that is produced using 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber. It is produced with an ultra-low-emitting formaldehyde (ULEF), or no added formaldehyde resin system that can contribute to achieving low emitting materials credit in support of both the LEED v2009 and LEED v4 standards. MDF is available Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified when specified. MDF substrate makes for a very smooth, consistent panel that reduces telegraphing and is excellent for applications when routing and shaping are required. 
  • SkyPly Combination Fiber Core (CFC) combines MDF cross bands with softwood veneer innerplies. The MDF cross bands provide an ultra smooth surface to reduce telegraphing through the face, while the veneer innerplies maintain the strength and screw-holding power of a veneer core panel. SkyPly is an ultra-low-emitting formaldehyde (ULEF) panel that is available Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified when specified.
