UltraFinish Panels

Roseburg UltraFinish panels are produced with a clear, solid or woodgrain pattern painted directly onto the substrate. It is also produced with a durable, light (low) basis weight paper or vinyl overlay that is applied with in a cold rolled adhesive process, which enables one-sided lamination with a raw back. UltraFinish complements our line of Roseburg Duramine® and are perfect for drawer bottoms, cabinet backs or any other application in which thermally fused laminate is not required.

Green Alternative Cores

• SkyBlend Particleboard is an ECC certified core that is produced using 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber.  It is a No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF) panel that meets all current CARB requirements.  Skyblend is available Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified when specified. Skyblend is listed in the USDA’s BioPreferred catalog and has Federal Procurement Preference status and can contribute to achieving LEED credits.

• SkyBlend Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an ECC certified core that is produced using 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber.  It is a No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF) panel that meets all current CARB requirements. Skyblend MDF is available Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified when specified. MDF substrate makes for a very smooth, consistent panel that reduces telegraphing and is excellent for applications when routing and shaping are required. 

• SkyPly Combination Fiber Core (CFC) core combines MDF cross bands with softwood veneer innerplies. The MDF cross bands provide an ultra smooth surface to reduce telegraphing through the face, while the veneer innerplies maintain the strength and screw-holding power of a veneer core panel. SkyPly is a No Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF) panel that is available Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified when specified.
