Here's what Eric had to say about his project. "Roseburg products used were lumber (stairs, some structural), plywood sheathing (roof, loft floor), and Breckenridge siding. The project was designed to maximize the display of wood inside and outside. Inside, there is no insulation or drywall to cover the wood, so all lumber and plywood is visible. 2x4's and 2x6's on the stairs visably display the "Roseburg" brand. Wood siding was used for its superior look compared to metal, and it also fully encloses the structure. It was smooth and easy to paint the classic barn red color. The siding is somewhat unique for a barn but common for upscale outbuildings, and this achieved our desired look - clean, quality materials with a rustic appearance - as well as the functionality of an enclosed outbuilding."

Our two runner-ups were Mike Martin and Ryan Phillips. Here's Mike's project, The Bar, and here's what he had to say about it.

I used railroad ties and live edge boards for my project. I burned all of the wood and added a clear coat for protection. I was going with the rustic feel and these timbers were perfect. The bar itself has 2x4's laminated together for the top, Timbers for legs and 2x6 for braces. I had to tile the top to make it easier to keep clean. The bar
