Grady Mulberry

Grady Mulbery has been president and CEO of Roseburg since 2016. He also serves on the company’s board of directors. He joined the company in 2011 as vice president of composites manufacturing, and was soon appointed to oversee all manufacturing facilities throughout the company, including composites, lumber, engineered wood, plywood and veneer. Mulbery began his wood products career as a facility manager for Willamette Industries at its Eugene, Ore., MDF facility in 1999. He held various management positions at Weyerhaeuser Company from 2002 to 2007. Before joining Roseburg, he served as director of operations for SierraPine. He holds a bachelor of science degree in wood science and technology from Colorado State University.


MARTY DALEY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER And Senior Vice President of Finance

Marty Daley

Marty Daley has been chief financial officer for Roseburg since 2009. Daley graduated from Boise State University with a BBA degree in accounting. He began his career with the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in Eugene, Ore., and obtained his Oregon CPA license in 1994. 

Daley joined Monaco Coach Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of recreational vehicles in late 1994. He became Monaco’s VP-finance and chief financial officer in 2000 and held that position until Monaco was acquired by Navistar International Corporation in June 2009, when he became VP-controller for the RV division. He joined Roseburg in November 2009. 


Scott FolkScott Folk joined Roseburg in 2009. He graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1980 with a diploma in forest technology, and from Lakehead University in 1985, with an honors Bachelor of Science in forest management. Folk also pursued an executive MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. 

Folk has extensive experience in forest management, timberland acquisitions, logging, wood procurement and wood products manufacturing. He has previously worked at Canfor Corporation, James River Timber Corp., TimberWest and Pacific BioEnergy Corporation.

Ashlee Cribb  Senior Vice President- chief Commercial Officer

Ashlee CribbAs Roseburg's SVP – Chief Commercial Officer, Ashlee Cribb oversees the sales, marketing and logistics functions for the company. Her professional experience spans several industries, including wood products, chemicals, adhesives, minerals, textiles and packaging.

Cribb joined Roseburg in 2017 as business director for solid wood products. She became a vice president in 2018 and was named to her current role in 2019. She previously worked for Georgia Pacific, most recently as vice president of industrial packaging with profit and loss responsibility for the commercial organization, as well as 11 manufacturing sites. Cribb has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jake Elston Senior Vice President of Operations

Jake Elston

Jake Elston joined Roseburg in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for all of the company’s manufacturing facilities. Jake has more than two decades of experience in the wood products industry, most recently as Vice President of Operations for Arauco North America, where he oversaw 10 domestic manufacturing operations.

Jake has held various manufacturing and support roles throughout his career. He previously worked as a production supervisor, technical manager, operations manager, plant manager, U.S. manufacturing director and corporate support vice president. Jake is a former Naval aviator and flight instructor who attended the U.S. Naval Academy. He received an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Kellye Wise Senior Vice President of Human Resources AND LABOR RELATIONS

Kellye Wise

Kellye Wise joined Roseburg in October 2012 as vice president of human resources and labor relations. He began working with wood products companies in 1983, spending 24 years with TOC Management Services as a labor and employment attorney. During that time, Kellye provided assistance to RFP in management training, labor relations and employment issues. Just prior to joining RFP, Kellye worked for HR Answers, Inc. He has assisted both public and private sector Pacific Northwest employers with labor negotiations and relations, human resources issues, management training, executive coaching and legal compliance. He has spoken extensively to employers up and down the West Coast on a broad range of leadership and management topics.

Kellye was formerly an adjunct professor at Portland State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Oregon.

Stuart Gray General Counsel and Senior Vice President

Stuart Gray

Stuart Gray joined Roseburg in August 2017 as senior vice president and general counsel. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Utah in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2000. Gray also earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2016.

Gray’s roots run deep in the construction and building supply industry. Prior to attending law school, he worked for many years as a cabinet maker and finish carpenter. After law school, he worked for Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP, in Atlanta as a construction and commercial litigator for three years. Gray spent the following 12 years in progressive roles of responsibility at The Home Depot Inc.’s Legal Department in Atlanta, where he managed commercial and construction litigation across North America and was associate general counsel for its home services, pro supply, operations, and real estate departments. Most recently, Gray spent two years as vice president and deputy general counsel at Sears Holdings Corporation in Chicago, where he led legal teams supporting various departments.
