California Consumer Privacy Act

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents can make certain requests of Roseburg Forest Products Co. (“We” or “Roseburg”) regarding their personal information.

We may have collected the following types of personal information from you within the last 12 months:

  • Identifiers, such as name, email, fax, mailing address, or phone number.
  • Professional or job-related information, such as current or past employer or job title.
  • Commercial information, such as products or services purchased.
  • Internet activity, such as search history on and interaction with our websites.

We collect personal information from the following sources:

  • Roseburg.com
  • Roseburg Customer Access Portal (“RCAP.com”)
  • Third-party marketing agencies
  • Social media

We may have collected and shared your personal information for the following reasons:

  • To perform services, including processing and fulfilling orders or sample requests or responding to inquiries about our products or services.
  • To develop and maintain our website, products, and services.
  • To create and maintain your account on Roseburg.com or RCAP.com.
  • To comply with applicable laws, court orders, or governmental regulations.

For business purposes, we may have shared the following types of information with another organization in the last 12 months:

  • Identifiers, such as name, email, fax, mailing address, or phone number.
  • Professional or job-related information, such as current or past employer or job title.
  • Commercial information, such as products or services purchased.

We do not sell your personal information.

Under the CCPA, you can request that we share the following with you:

  • Types of personal information that we collected about you in the last year.
  • Sources from which that information came.
  • Our purpose for collecting the information.
  • Certain specific pieces of information that we collected about you (excluding Social Security number, driver’s license numbers other government-issued identification numbers, financial account numbers, health insurance or medical identification number, account passwords, and security questions and answers).
  • Types of information about you that we shared for business purposes.
  • Types of organizations (third parties) with whom we shared your information for a business purpose.

 

Under the CCPA, you can request that we delete any information collected about you in the last year. Please be aware that the CCPA has a number of exceptions that allow us to keep your personal information even if you ask us to delete it. 

 

We will not deny you goods or services or charge you different prices or rates for goods or services for acting under the CCPA.

To make any of the requests described above, we must first verify your identity or the identity of someone legally authorized to act for you. You must:

  1. Provide us with enough information to allow us to verify that you are the person reflected in the information we collected; and
  2. Describe your request with enough detail to allow us to understand and respond to your request.
