The APA grade standards set the maximum allowable tolerance, which means there can be variation within the letter grade assigned to the face, back and core of a panel. We created this library to give you a better picture of what you can expect from Roseburg. Roseburg’s softwood plywood panel options exist to give you flexibility. With different cores, face grades and tolerances for synthetic repairs, there is a panel to meet your specific needs or the needs of your customer. Roseburg Marine Core panels are made with 100% Douglas-fir B-grade or better veneers – face, core, and back. The face and back of each panel is fully sanded and any core gaps are limited to 1/8” or less.
