Lyra provides care for your emotional and mental health how, when, and where you need it. Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed, support from Lyra can get you back on your feet. As a Roseburg team member, you, your spouse, and your children can each access 8 coaching or therapy sessions per year at no cost. Team members on Roseburg's health plan have access to continued care with a Lyra therapist* and access to medication management services*. Lyra will ask you to share a bit about the challenges you are facing so we can recommend the right care for your needs. Care options include: Lyra only works with providers who practice evidence-based techniques (therapies that have been rigorously tested in scientific studies and proven to work). Evidence-based therapies include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Employees also have access to work-life services including legal services, identity theft support, help finding dependent care, and financial consultation. The cost of your first consultations with these work-life services is covered, after which you’ll pay a discounted fee if you choose to continue with any of the offerings. *Lyra’s continued care sessions and medication management support are billed through your health plan, meaning that sessions are subject to in-network outpatient mental health cost-sharing as defined under your specific health plan. Any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles for in-network outpatient mental health services will be charged by Lyra Health and are your responsibility. Those eligible for the Roseburg health plan include team members, spouses, and dependents at these locations: all Roseburg administrative team members, as well as operations team members at Chester Engineered Wood, El Dorado MDF, Medford MDF, Missoula Composites, Simsboro Composites, and Roanoke Valley Lumber.Meet Lyra!
