Kellye Wise joined Roseburg in 2012 as Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations. He began working with wood products companies in 1983, spending 24 years with TOC Management Services as a labor and employment attorney. During that time, Kellye provided assistance to Roseburg in management training, labor relations and employment issues. Just prior to joining Roseburg, Kellye worked for HR Answers, Inc. He has assisted both public and private sector Pacific Northwest employers with labor negotiations and relations, human resources issues, management training, executive coaching and legal compliance. He has spoken extensively to employers up and down the West Coast on a broad range of leadership and management topics.

Kellye was formerly an adjunct professor at Portland State University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Oregon.
