Roseburg takes center stage in new Manufacturing Marvels segment
If you recently found yourself watching the Fox Business network, you might have caught a segment on Roseburg Forest Products.
Manufacturing Marvels recently stopped by our plant in Riddle, Ore., to see how Roseburg manufactures hardwood and softwood plywood from our own responsibly raised forests.
Join narrator Alan Ackles as he takes you on a journey from one end of the mill, where raw logs enter, to the other end, where stacks upon stacks of finished plywood exit the facility to make their way to our distribution partners and ultimately to the folks who will use them to build homes, office buildings, and more.
Roseburg’s plywood facility, which houses both hardwood and softwood manufacturing in one state-of-the-art facility, can produce thousands of variations of plywood — composed of various wood species, veneer grades, as well as the face and back materials — to meet our customers’ exact needs.
It’s part of what makes Roseburg grown to build and built to grow.
