Doug Asano elected Vice Chair of the APA – The Engineered Wood Association Board of Trustees for 2023
Roseburg is thrilled that Doug Asano, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Roseburg, has been elected Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for APA – the Engineered Wood Association.
Doug oversees the entire Commercial Team at Roseburg, which encompasses Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and Supply Chain and Logistics. His depth of leadership experience, as well as his involvement with all of the key elements of marketing and selling wood products, will surely come in handy as he steps into his new role at APA.
“Our organization has served its members for almost a century as a nonprofit trade association to promote APA trademarked products, ensure consistent and rigorous quality standards, and promote technical research and education,” Doug said. “I am thrilled to represent our great industry and fellow members in the coming year!”
Doug joined Roseburg in August 2020 after serving as a Vice President for nine years with Huber Engineered Wood. At Huber, he brought innovation and transition to National Accounts, Sales and Marketing.
